Bug Description
At the moment the weather app uses both GPS and GeoIP as location sources to get the user's location. While this provides redundancy and improves the reliability of retrieving the user's location, it also breaches the user's privacy. I can imagine users turning of the location-services from the location indicator in the top panel which should be respected by applications. However the weather won't respect that setting since it uses GeoIP.
