High and Low temps inaccurate for TWC data source

Bug Description

It seems as though the values read for both the High and Low are occasionally the same. See the attached screenshots. This is only a factor for TWC data source, as the OWM source doesn't seem to cause this. Perhaps this only happens at night when the high temperature has already occurred.

That's indeed a problem with TWC

For the current day, the temperature from the current condition is shown, and the max and min temps from the daily forecast in the bottom for High and Low. These values doesn't always match, like in your screenshot.

Perhaps, when the current temp is higher than the expected max temp from the daily forecast, we should show the current temperature for both temps...
