Steps:
* right-edge to switcher
* hover over a closable surface (not Scopes)

Expected:
* close button is appropriately sized

Current:
* tiny close button

The reason for this currently is, that it is the same visual as the close button on notifications. Design tried to keep consistency here. Need input from design on whether and how to change it.
