Settings descriptions displayed as a separate list items

Bug Description

Some settings have also their description. For example in Language & Text is Auto capitalisation setting which has its description below in a separate list item. It is even separated by divider. Please see attached screenshot. There's few more places like that in the Settings app.

IMO would be better is the description was displayed as a subtitle to the setting name.

The description is not in a list item. Unfortunately it *looks* like it’s in a list item, because in the current color scheme, list items are exactly the same colour as parts of the screen that are not list items.

This also makes it needlessly difficult to tell when you have scrolled to the end of a list that goes beyond the bottom of the screen.
