[Edge Education] The Bottom Edge demo not displayed

Steps:
1.Refresh with latest image
2.Finish wizard
3.Open one of the native apps: Messages, Address Book, Dialer
4.Observe the behavior

Actual result:
No bottom edge demo displayed

Expected:
The Bottom Edge education coach mark will be displayed, swipe from the bottom edge and it will fade out the coach mark and will slide up the new message/new address/recent call

In arale latest image , it only shows the left edge demo
