Bug Description
Currently on existing Ubuntu (Unity 7) systems, lock screen behaviour can be defined separately for when a device is on battery vs when it is on mains power... this feature is missing from Unity 8 / Ubuntu devices.
Ideally it should be possible to configure the lock screen behaviour based at least on whether there is external power, and possibly other factors such as location, WiFi AP etc....
