Bug Description
When an alarm is ringing and the user doesn't react to it (neither by stopping nor by snoozing) the alarm times out after a preconfigured amount of time. Then it is very likely that he has missed the alarm.
Thus the alarm clock app should create an entry in the notification list which tells the user that an alarm timeout occurred. The LED should indicate this new notification - standard behavior like a new message or a missed call.
