Indicator panel should not fill full height in desktop mode

Bug Description
The indicator panel currently fills the whole height of the screen when swiped down both on mobile devices and the desktop. Thus it fills more space on the desktop than it has to. I would recommend setting the height to a fixed value if the screen height is greater than a specific size.
