Add a control to toggle between windowed and staged modes

A new toggle will be added to the rotation (to be display) indicator to allow the user to switch between windowed (for desktop) and staged (for phone and tablet)

Note that adding this setting to the rotation indicator is only a temporary fix, as soon as we are passed MWC this setting should be moved to the Device indicator as per the design https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1W6QO7ARTD4C3bNrgTCWIEvFpYZrAWD3hDUM8mInmHmM/edit#slide=id.p
