Bug Description
Apps that require XMir to run have special requirements including but not limited to the following.
(1) not installable or removable from the Store
(2) offer a poor experience without an external display
(3) generally do not support the defined application lifecycle behaviours
We need a design decision regarding how best to surface and launch these applications. Should they be visibly differentiated in any way?
