Bug Description

The indicators all employ dividers differently, some have none, some have double lines, some single, some have a mix. This became a bit more obvious with the latest uitk 1.3 visuals.

Lets check the UX design and match it appropriately

-----------------------------
Desired resolution:

- Update the indicators to use the latest sdk components, replacing any custom components with standard sdk components.

- This fix is blocked on a design project to "refresh visual design of indicators using latest sdk patterns.

The video shows UI lag while scrolling the notifications indicator page.

This can be greatly improved (if not completely fixed) by using ListItem and ListItemLayout coming from 1.3 instead of the old ListItems module.

PS my statement has not been verified yet, but it is based on observation of the behaviour while scrolling the list, which seems to clearly denote the issue to be about the list item delegates creation time

PS2 unfortunately the video is recorded with an iPhone, as I couldn't find any other 60fps recording device here :(
