Bug Description

The Find in Page specification for the browser says:

"Next/Previous chevrons will be disabled if at the top/bottom of the list"

However they are not and the search wraps around if they are pressed at that point

UX Comment:
Wrapping is the more desirable behaviour here, particularly as we give an indication of <current result>/<total number of results.

Updated the spec accordingly.

The current implementation (wrapping around) is actually similar to what other browsers do (firefox, chromium).
Adding a ubuntu-ux task to check with designers whether the spec needs to be updated, or the implementation.
