Bug Description
Airports and other public places offer USB ports to charge smartphones. Whilest this is a very practicle service, it might also be a security issue because it is possible to access files on the device via the USB connection. Ubuntu-touch needs to be unlocked to be accessed, but this might be the case if the owner wants to do something with it, while it is charging.
For this case I would suggest a pop-up that asks the user if he agrees for the device to be accessed via USB.
