[calendar] Refinements to all day event display

Bug Description
We should make it easier for users to see what all-day events they have for each day.
I would propose:-
Day view:-
* Allow multiple events to be shown in the 'all day' area - up to 4
* The 'all day' area should grow dynamically up to a maximum of 4 events, but with a little extra space to allow the user to know there are more
* The 'all day' areas should be independently vertically scrollable
Week view:-
* Same as for day view, but should grow to the maximum number of events for the entire week (e.g. if there is one all day event on monday, and four all day events on wednesday, we stretch the entire all day area to 4 (and a bit) high)
