Bug Description
(The docviewer issue in this bug is tracked already here bug 1469422, but that's only one part).
Reproduce:
Click on a link to a .pdf file.
What happens:
1. I open (åpne) in content-hub http://
2. I open (åpne) in download manager (?) http://
3. I open in docviewer http://
My mental model for opening .pdf files is now a three step process.
What I expected would happen:
The file would open when I chose docviewer in content-hub.

Given the fix in doc viewer this seems like it will work as expected.
The double prompting to open is a bit weird. Perhaps the dialog to dismiss or open after download is redundant and should be remoed, you will almost always want to go to the document or file that was downloaded after you select an app in content hub.
