Bug Description
Hello,
in upper notification bar should be some mobile data switcher (like WiFi one). For now there's only button to open settings.

Someone can find this problem as not important but I do it very often on my Android. Just imagine You have two Internet connections 8am-5pm and GSM only from 17:00-8:00. Now I want to update/ download/ play an Internet radio/watch YouTube from 8-17 and how can I be sure that the phone uses a (perhaps unstable) wifi connection? On Android I switch off the GSM data every time I connect to a wi-fi. Even if it's stable, I do it for security reason cause a monthly data rate in industrialized Germany can be something like 200MB-1GB so steel not enough for a radio streaming. If we don't care it may be either expensive or we're gonna stay with a GPRS Internet connection till the end of the month. This switcher is even more important in my opinion and experience than Wi-Fi switcher.
