[Scopes] The search records dialog is far away from search box or covered the search box in apps scope

Step by step

1.Open APP scope.
2.Tap search icon. input keywords(such as camera) in search box.Tap enter button to search，(At least three different keywords) then there are at least three different search records,Tap back icon to exit search box.
3.Tap serach icon again,search records appears.Tap any search records (such as camera),The search records dialog is far away from search box
4.Tap any search records again, Then the key word input to search box.the search records dialog disappears.
5.Search records appears. tap any search records.the key word was inputted to the search box.tap the search box again,the search records dialog covered the search box.
6.The issue also can be reproduced in other scopes.
Expected result :
The search records dialog is next to search box and the search dialog is not covered the search box
Actual result:
After step 3,The search records dialog is far away from search box
After step 5,,the search records dialog covered the search box.
