Bug Description

What happened:
1) Download a document (eg PDF of a bus timetable in the webbrowser)
2) Select to open in docviewer, wait for the download and select open
3) Notice that the app opens, but does not actually open the document. Instead it opens a list of documents with an import notification at the bottom, also note how quickly this notification disappears.

What I expected to happen:
- At step 3) either for the document to be opened, or for the timeout of the notification to be increased as I only had enough time to notice it any partially read before it disappeared.

[UX Comment]
As discussed on IRC, I'd recommend the following:
- Single Document Downloaded: results in the doc opening and being shown.
- Multiple Documents Downloaded: results in a 'toast' style notification informing the user that '<x> Documents have been imported'
