[Calculator] Convergence: When Windowed mode is present, run Calculator app in landscape(scientific) mode

According to Calculator meeting with James, when run on Desktop, it should run in Scientific/ Landscape Mode

So during run calculator on Desktop/ Windowed mode it should run in Landscape/Scientific mode.

The question how calculator should behave during run, while:
- connect mouse to phone
- connect keyboard to phone
- connect monitor to phone
- disconnect mouse from phone
- disconnect keyboard from phone
- disconnect monitor from phone

As agreed, the convergent version of the Calculator will be shown in a non-scalable/fixed sized window on the desktop/ when in windowed mode (utilising the 'landscape'/scientific mode designs seen here):

To the additional question:

- connect mouse to phone
With pointer input available in addition to touch input (where applicable).

- connect keyboard to phone
With KB input in addition to touch (num keys, enter key, backspace key, etc)

- connect monitor to phone
No difference.
