[scopes] sliding of activated scopes

Bug Description
It would be useful to implement the ability to make a circular scrolling of scopes activated and the home . Today I can scroll to the left or right ( for example, starting from " Home " in " nerby " and then to " App " ) but when I get to the last screen , to return to the " home " I must again go back on all pages . I think one circular scrolling is more efficient.

Thanks for the suggestion. We've tested several times the Dash pagination and we are aware of the problematic to navigate throught a large number of scopes. We are currently working on an alternative to solve the usability problems with the navigation of scopes and apps.
