Bug Description
Nearby, music and video Scopes were removed from dash as testers were concerned about data roaming charge and mobile data consumption. They wanted to know how Scopes use the data. "Testers did not understand how Scopes work in terms of using data. Some had the wrong impression that Scopes were downloading data at the background. They wanted to choose whether Scopes use data over wifi or on mobile Internet.
