Bug Description
"Testers did not know what to do next when they couldn't find the apps they wanted, despite the presence of similar/equivalent apps. These include:
- 'Authenticator' for 'Google authenticator'
- 'Cutespotify' for 'Spotify'
- ‘Quadrum’ for Foursquare’
- 'uDropCabin' for dropbox
Currently we don't have dialogue cues to inform users about these alternative apps. Support apps discovery is extremely important for us, due to the lack of commonly used apps. "
------ UX Comment ------
Include a 'Recommended results' category
If the user searches for a string that we identify as a missing app, we can provide the user with 'Suggested results'. These suggestions are query specific.
