Bug Description
I receive alarms from a rescue organisation by messages. When there is an alarm I really need to hear it. A lot of other messages I not even want to be informed instantly about. So I need a setting to set different message tone for different senders.
This is very helpfull at leat in Austria and Germany were many people are organized voluntarily in firebrigades and other rescue organisations.
