[content hub] Add bluetooth as a sharing option

Bug Description

There isn't Bluetooth between sharing options (images, video, etc.).

I use BQ Aquaris UE OS 14.10 r21

The bluetooth option might become part of the Content Hub and will be a bigger project. Design has to look into it. Closing the bug as it can not be fixed as a separate bug.

Hi .
Bluetooth is missing in all applications that require content sharing .

For example, if I take a picture and I want to send it , the only options that i see to share are: messages , electronic mail or telegram .
If I open a contact from the address book, and I want to share it, I don't find option to send with bluetooth .

I repeat , for all applications that require sharing .
