Bug Description

$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 178
device name: m75
channel: ubuntu-touch/vivid-proposed
last update: 2015-04-20 07:10:22
version version: 178

Steps to reproduce:

1. Initiate a call with contact A
2. Once on live call screen, initiate another call to contact B by adding it to existing call.
3. Merge the two calls to make a conference call

Expected results:
Merge the two calls to make a conference call successfully

Actual results:
Merge the two calls to make a conference call failed

--------------- UX comment ----------------

The UX for merging two or more call participants into a conference is described in this spec:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BRy9-DEXr3A1D7PHkJaXmjbe7xbRmxKkzANXuu-F6lc/edit
The above described issue seems to be more on the implementation side rather than UX related.

It seems to be a technical and not a design issue. Added the corresponding project.
