Bug Description

In southern Germany and Austria it is common to put the famillyname in front of the first-name. So instead of "John Doe" it would be "Doe, John". For me this is quite crucial when it comes to business contacts where I more likely know the familyname and not so much the first-name (yes, I could use the search, but that is slower).

So it should be possible to display the names in the address-book like "Famillyname, First-name".

Here is some information on wikipedia to that issue:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_name#Order_of_names_and_use_of_articles

This issue relates to bug #1215373 but is not the same.

-------------- UX comment --------------

The solution is to put the option to change the order of contacts into the app settings of the address book. It should be a list item with a chevron at the far right stating:
"Sort order >"
Tapping on the list item goes to a new sheet/page with the header "Sort by" where user is shown two options (list items) to sort.
(A): First name, Last name
(B): Last name, First name

Next to each option is a tick, where one is always selected. By default it should be(A) If user taps (B), option (A) is automatically unpicked.

A feedback bubble should confirm once the sort order is complete.

Please see for updates on settings in this UX spec:

How the feedback bubble and other notifications work can be found in this spec:

Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard, structured name (N) is required in all but v4.0, where formatted name (FN) is required in v3.0+, it seems that the locale/preference-aware formatting would have to happen when editing, and stored in FN.

We need to remember about what happens when we switch the preference - we'll need to save all the contacts with a new FN (assuming the original FN matched the previous formatting).
