Bug Description
Reproduction steps:
1) Remove all accounts
2) Add an Account
3) Inbox screen is visualised, loading
Expected result
4) It should not be possible to start a new message draft by swiping the bottom edge menu until the account has loaded
Actual results
4) I see the bottom edge and can swipe to bring the menu up
