Bug Description

Before downloading and installing an app, we should check if, after installation, the free disk space would fall below a certain safe threshold. In case it would, we should not proceed with the operation and alert the users, asking them to free some space before trying again.

@ubuntu-ux: how should this error be shown?
The fast and ugly way would be to show some error when the user taps on "Install".
But perhaps hiding the "Install" button, and showing some link to more info on how to free up space makes more sense.

This should be consistent with the behaviour of the system when data storage is full or about to, ie: for photos, videos, apps, etc.

status: Triaged → In Progress

We will need to know the unpacked size, as well as the binary size, in order to implement this. The server currently only tells us the binary size.
