[messaging-app] Keyboard disappears when adding text to an mms

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. open messaging app
2. swipe up to create a new message
3. add a contact/number
4. click on the camera bottom left
5. add an image from a source
6. it appears in the message
7. keyboard appears start to type
EXPECTED:
I expect toe be able to finish my message and hit send
ACTUAL:
After a character or two the keyboard disappears, you can get it back by reselecting the message portion of the mms and everything works as expected then.

I can reproduce this issue only when the content provider (camera-app) is not running.
Try launching the app (camera or gallery) and leave it open before composing a new mms.
I guess the app is loosing focus when the content provider app is terminated.
