Bug Description

That's using rtm 138, the storage panel lists some account plugins (reminders, fitbit, ...), those clicks don't include an icon though. Not sure if the UI is supposed to list them and how... it could be a bug in those clicks that should provide an icon, or settings should maybe not list them, or...?

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AboutThisDevice#storage>: "The storage usage on the device should be categorized, in order: ... * “Other files” (including Online Accounts plugins)"

Matthew, do you have an opinion on whether those plugins should be listed? If so, do we need to request them to ship an icon?

Also, hijacking the bug a bit, there's the question of what to do if an account plugin is uninstalled when there are accounts created for that provider.
Should the account disappear from the system settings (and magically reappear if the account plugin is later reinstalled), or should we continue showing it with some indication that the account is somehow broken?

(accounts are not removed along with their plugin)

As a reminder, I think apps shouldn't be able to add -- and therefore users shouldn't be able to remove -- Online Accounts plug-ins in the first place. <https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-phone/msg09520.html> Two of the benefits of that approach would be that neither of the problems described here would occur: they wouldn't show up in the "Storage" app list (because they'd be part of the OS), and you wouldn't have to worry about what happens when they're uninstalled.

That said, the list of apps in "Storage" really is for apps. The only reason it doesn't have an explicit "Used by apps:" label is that "Used by apps" is already the last item in the chart legend. Dash scopes can reasonably be classed as apps (moreso with new Dash designs in the works), but Online Accounts plug-ins can't be. The most sensible category for them is "Other files". Specification updated. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AboutThisDevice?action=diff&rev2=32&rev1=31>
