Bug Description
Build: r135
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Time & Date indicator menu
2. Tap on an alarm item (previously set up)
Actual behaviour:
User is directed to the Clock app home screen
Expected behaviour:
The deep link should direct users to the 'Edit alarm' screen where they can edit or delete that specific alarm.

Update: The necessary bits to get this working are landing in indicator-datetime, qtorganizer5-eds in vivid. We still need to wait and see if the alarmId property in the Alarms API lands in Ubuntu.Components 1.2 (Vivid) or 1.3(Ubuntu 15.10)...if it is possible to land it in 1.2, then this should be resolvable very soon. If not we need to postpone this.

It seems to work fine in 16.04(r77).

Update: For this feature to be implemented in the clock app, it first requires the following 2 bug fixes.
- Bug 1426363 (Indicator date-time)
- Bug 1426361 (Ubuntu-ui-toolkit)
