Bug Description
build 122 krillin rtm
After copying text from one field and trying to paste into another field that is empty, there is no paste popup ever displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open webbrowser, long press on a link and press "copy link"
- Go to dash and press search button
- Long press in the search field to try and paste what is in the clipboard
Expected result:
- long press in the field should display "Paste" popup menu if there is something in the clipboard
Actual result:
- Paste popup is never displayed. You have to first enter text, then select it, then long press to get the paste menu to appear

The expected behaviour is to have the Insert Mode appear on tapping twice on the same spot or dragging the caret.
What we should do is make the target area of the caret bigger, and therefore make Insert Mode much easier more accessible.
