[oobe] wizard should provide option to connect to hidden networks

Users should have an option to connect to hidden networks in the set up wizard. The behaviour should mimic the current implementation in system settings.
Design added this functionality on the Wifi screens in the oobe, please see attached images for reference.

The PC equivalent is bug 833312.

I would strongly advice against this for the RTM timeframe. System-settings and the wizard are two separate applications and implementing the "Connect to hidden network" inside the wizard right now is not trivial.

I would suggest postponing this to ota-2, when hopefully we have Connectivity API abstracting the hidden network creation and making it straight forward to add the feature to the wizard as well.

In the mean time, if the user needs to connect to a hidden network he can just skip the wifi connection in the wizard and after completing the wizard go to system-settings to get a connection.

I reported bug 1387656 on "Connect to hidden network" having both an ellipsis and a chevron in System Settings. It should use only an ellipsis, since it opens a dialog rather than navigating a page stack. Olga will correct the setup design so it uses only an ellipsis here too. Ideally, the setup and System Settings should use exactly the same code for the "Available networks:" list so that there's never any divergence.

Just wanted to report it's still the case in the new wizard on bq M10 OTA-10
