Bug Description
Update the app launching animation so that it shows the app expanding out from the app icon that was tapped on, see https:/
Principle of “consequence of action rooted in the action”
There is lots of options how the visual appearance of the opening animation could be. Design team to explore idea before implementation.

Since the Dash is a separate application (separate process) and the animation is done by unity8 this would require some inter process communication on the start coordinates. Currently UAL is used to launch applications and that doesn't support such a thing.
