Bug Description
The header height should be 7GU (It appears it may be currently set to 6.5GU).
Partner logos should have 1.5GU of padding on both the top and bottom. This is to prevent partners uploading huge logos that fill the entire vertical space.
For partners with particularly large logos e.g. Wikipedia, we can tweak them to include padding within them and hence reduce their size. This is something we looked at a little while ago and adjusted some of them accordingly.

Just to give a little more detail. Basically, currently the partner header logos appear to be too large. By matching the dimensions specified above this should improve things.
The header should be 7GU in height and there should be 1.5GU of top and bottom padding above and below the partner logo which should fill the space.
