Can't use theme icons in click apps

Bug Description

How to reproduce
------------------------

Create a click package and set the "Icon" key into desktop file to a themed icon name something like " Icon=address-book-app"

try to launch the app. Unity will print some debug messages like that:

file:///usr/share/unity8/Launcher/LauncherDelegate.qml:62:20: QML QQuickImage: Invalid image data: file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/.click/users/phablet/com.ubuntu.address-book/address-book-app

While the .desktop file spec indeed allows a theme-sourced icon, according to design click apps should ship their icons directly instead.
