Bug Description
The panel component is an important piece of the bottom edge implementation of several core applications like clock, dialer, contacts, music etc. In the first 3 apps listed, the bottom edge goes all the way to the header and the current default animation speed is too fast. Either reduce the speed or provide a property where this can be set.
