[Dash] Carousel in scopes thumbnails are too large on manta

This thumbnails on manta in the carousel are too large by far.

The image quality is blurred and wastes too much of the screen real esate

The Carousel thumbnails should really be the size of the album thumbnails which a nice and clear and would reduce the wasted screen estate at the same time.

I agree that the thumbs are too large. We're working on an updated design that should solve these issues. We'll also make sure the carousel spec is updated too.We're also working on versions of the designs for tablets too but agree that carousel needs more work there in particular.
