Bug Description

When playing a video, you access the controls by tapping the screen. This is inconsistent with the music player, web browser, etc. where you access controls by swiping from the bottom of the screen.

[UX Comment]
1. Media Player 'App' is under review/ discussion here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1387691

2. The inconsistency (and swipe from bottom interaction) described above in April 2014 no longer appears to be present in the music player app(controls are always visible) or web browser (e.g. youtube/ vimeo - controls fade-out on a timer and reappear when the screen is tapped, whether embedded video or fullscreen.
