The current Shorts-app's design is for phone.
We developers only did some adjustments but not enough.
Request official design team to have a review :)

Closing this bug because it is too general. This is something that needs to be worked on per app, so a general bug saying this is needed for all apps is not practical. Please open specific bugs for specific apps.
