Bug Description
Add a property to control whether or not the code is shown as clear text.
This is actually my personal request ATM and needs someone from the design to comment on this.
Basically it makes little sense to hide the code when user is entering the PUK code. Showing it clear text will lesser the probability of the user typoing the PUK.

I understand the request because it is very annoying to type in the long PUK. But I did a little research on that issue and seems that currently on most devices the PUK is entered "hidden". It seems that there is no option to revewal it which means this is probably done for security reasons.
