Bug Description

Many of the icons listed at http://standards.freedesktop.org/icon-naming-spec/icon-naming-spec-latest.html are missing from the mobile theme, and display nothing when used from an Icon component.

These icons display fine on the desktop, but show nothing on the phone.

For example, some icons I've used in my apps, which appear on the desktop from the GNOME theme, but don't display anything on the phone:
  network-offline
  edit-clear
  preferences-desktop-locale

It would be nice to have all the icons added to the mobile theme. But, another possibility is to just use the GNOME icons for any missing icons, so the user is never presented with a blank space instead of a useful icon.

At the moment, the mobile theme is not intended to be used as the default icon theme on the desktop. Since it has been renamed to Suru, many icons have been added, like edit-clear and preferences-desktop-locale-symbolic.

When Unity 8 will be the default DE, Suru will be pushed as the default icon theme and many missing icons will be fixed by either a new specific asset or a symbolic link to an existing one.
