[sdk] Titles/Subtitles sizes do not match across unity8 and ubuntu-ui-toolkit apps

Not sure if this is bug in unity8 or the ubuntu-ui-toolkit. See screenshots:

"Applications" and "System Settings" heading are of different height.

"More suggestions" and "System" sub-heading are of different height.

I believe all ubuntu-ui-toolkit based apps are consistent.

This is particularly noticable when doing left edge swipe as both app and home screen are visiable at the same time.

This is a design question, marking as affecting ubuntu-ux.

Can we use the standard SDK sizes in dash as well please? I had a quick look and they seem aligned now, but if there are discrepancies, please use the same components (or at least sizes) as SDK

We're actually not using any non-standard sizes in the shell/dash atm,
only exception being the greeter clock, which is way bigger than any
size available in the sdk (7.5gu high).
