[Music app] Remove "Scrobble cover to last.fm" until the function is implemented

Bug Description
Right now on songs without album cover we display a very visible "Scrobble cover to last.fm" message.
Until the backend and the last.fm Online Account plugin are implemented, we should remove that message.
Also a quick question: why "scrobble cover to last.fm"? I thought what is scrobbled is the song metadata, which is sent to last.fm?

The design team are hopefully going to be providing a new default cover art image for us, if we can get it before the final freeze.
This would resolve this issue.
