Bug Description
The time indicator should always display time in 24h format to make better use of the available space in the indicator bar.
Currently the time is displayed with an AM or PM, this is incorrect.

Uhm, no. It should use what's appropriate for the locale that it's in. It should not use 24-hour time by default in the US. Nobody understands it. Currently the code supports that translation, it just needs to be translated into UK/other locales.
