[RSS Reader] font size article view + guidelines

Currently we have no reading options for articles. As a minimum, we should let users make the font bigger and smaller. For this, we need visual design guidelines for the range of font sizes is and how the font size affects line height.

Desired solution:

Allow users to change text size of the article as per a specification to be delivered by visual design.
