Scopes still visible with all plugins disabled

Bug Description
I disabled all plugins for the Music and Video scopes, but they are still visible, showing no contents. I would expect them to disappear entirely, as they don't have any use now.
I also looked out for an option to disable scopes, long tapping everything etc., but didn't find anything. If there is an option, it should probably be easier accessible.
Version: 7.81.3+
Running on Nexus 4 (mako).
