[Dialer app] contacts appear as 'unknown' in call log

Bug Description
Current situation:
After ending a call, the saved contact appears as 'unknown' in the Call Log. This however, is 'fixed' when the user restarts the device.
Desired solution:
After ending a call, the saved contact appears by the contact's name in the Call Log tab.
