Bug Description
1. open the address-book-app
2. bring up the toolbar and tap 'Add'
'add contact' screen appears with the very first field having the focus with a blinking orange cursor but what a user does not know which input box is focused since there is no placeholder text visible.
Fix: make sure the placeholder text is visible till the user types anything into the field.

Its a usability bug but I think a normal user will find that really annoying.
