[DASH] button in preview and scope icon do not show disabled state

in preview when disabling a scope (dash plugin) the button doesn't' change to 'enable'. It will update only after reentering preview.
In 'dash plugin' category a disabled scope icon remains in active state

Desired solution

In preview - button label should change to 'Enable' while the user is in preview.

In 'dash plugin' category - scope icon should switch to ghosted icon

Actually nothing, but ubuntu-ux status is "New" still.

Can we also lose the ubuntuShape around the plugin icons, as per design?

After discussion with Michal we agreed that for 13.10 we'll have a semi-transparent black for the inactive icon visual, and we'll do the embossed effect in the future (it will require a custom shader)
